Chase Green has spent the last twenty years building along Florida’s Emerald Coast, beginning in his family’s construction business before founding Chase Green Built with a focus on fully custom homes and large-scale remodels. As a Florida Certified General Contractor, he stays current on building science and industry innovations to ensure every home is as durable as it is beautiful. Known for being approachable, detail driven, and steady throughout long projects, Chase believes strong relationships are the foundation of strong homes, which is why much of his work comes from word of mouth referrals. He collaborates with trusted architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors, oversees every detail from structural components to interior finishes, and continues to follow up long after completion to make sure every home feels right. Chase lives, works, and plays in Santa Rosa Beach with his wife and their three children.

Collaboration at the center
Most of our clients come to us through their architect or with plans already in hand. We step in as the builder who can turn those drawings into a home, with clear communication between everyone involved.
If you already have an architect, we coordinate closely with their team.
If you have a designer, we follow their vision while keeping allowances, timelines, and feasibility in check.
If you do not have a designer, we help you navigate selections and connect you with trusted partners when needed.
The result is a collaborative team that is aligned around your home, not separate parties pulling in different directions.
From the first call to final keys, the experience is designed to bring clarity and calm. You will know what is happening, what is coming next, and what decisions are on the horizon. If a challenge comes up, we bring it to you with solutions, not excuses.
