Initial Conversation

We talk through your project location, where you are in the process, and what you hope to build. You can come to us just after purchasing a lot or with finalized plans in hand.

Plan Review and Estimating

We study your plans carefully, identify key cost drivers, and gather bids to create a detailed estimate and project timeline. We discuss allowances for finishes and make sure they align with the level of home you want.

Construction

Before breaking ground, we provide a selection timeline to stay on track with your project, refine the schedule, and coordinate with your architect and designer so everyone is aligned.

Final Walkthrough and Move-In

Together we walk the home, review the details, and complete a thorough punch list. You move into a home that feels finished, solid, and ready for everyday living.
